There is a 7 day exchange if there is a defective product policy on each product.  At TRUEINDIA Home Furnishing Collection, we make returns and exchanges as easy as they come! Our simple exchange  process allows you to shop our website with confidence, knowing that you can exchange any of our home furnishing products if they arrive in a damaged or defective condition. All you need to do is contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package and provide pictures of the damaged or defective product. Our replacement team will then validate the product and process your request for return/replacement. Plus, there's no trial period on Home Furnishing products!

At TRUEINDIA, we understand that sometimes you may need to initiate a return. To make the process as smooth as possible, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact our Support Team via phone (+91 8218145703) or email (support@sleepunwind.in) within 7 days of receiving your package to start the return process.

 

2. Our Support Team will validate your exchange request within 24-48 hours. You will be kept informed of the progress via email.

 

3. We will arrange for your exchange product to be picked up within 7-8 business days after validating your request.

 

4. Once your return/ exchange  is picked up, we will process your request. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the product to be exchanged.
