Our simple exchange process allows you to shop our website with confidence, knowing that you can exchange any of our home furnishing products if they arrive in a damaged or defective condition. All you need to do is contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package and provide pictures of the damaged or defective product. Our replacement team will then validate the product and process your request for return/replacement. Plus, there's no trial period on Home Furnishing products!

2. Our Support Team will validate your exchange request within 24-48 hours. You will be kept informed of the progress via email.
3. We will arrange for your exchange product to be picked up within 7-8 business days after validating your request.
